Services - Maintenance & Repairs

Just like all machines, computers and networks need maintenance to keep running smoothly.

We understand that different systems require different levels of knowledge and skills when they are undergoing repairs.

That is why we offer our services at 2 different rates:

• Workshop Services - work carried out on computers and unmanaged networks.

  These include setup, servicing & virus removal on PCs and work on internet modem/routers.

  This work is done at $88 per hour (including GST and our early payment discount*).

   

• Server & Managed Network Maintenance Services - work carried out on servers or that involves linking to a server.

  These include reconfiguration, servicing and virus removal on servers and network users can access the systems these servers provide.

  This work is done at $110 per hour (including GST and our early payment discount*).

Computer Clean Up

• Clean up internet temp files and cookies
• Registry check and clean
• Remove undesirable games and applications
• Check effiency of system resources
• Upgrade review

Virus Removal Service

• Virus, trojan horse & spyware removal
• Clean out cache and temp files
• Full workshop-level diagnostic and service report

Network Installation

• Full building fit-out of cabling infrastructure including telephone and data cabling
• Quality network fileservers, switches, routers, racks, and patch panels supplied
• Reliable, robust, mission-critical hardware
• Flexible, secure, consistent software
